Shipping within the Continental USA

Your PureAyre order will be shipped via UPS Ground or a comparable shipper of our choice unless you specify otherwise in the message space on the shipping page. Additional fees may apply when using other shippers.

Additional fees apply for shipping outside the continental USA and for express shipping. Additional shipping fees will be added manually to your order total. See below for additional details.

Delivery

Allow up to 48 hours for order processing plus five to seven business days for continental USA Ground shipping. Please be aware that UPS does not ship or deliver over the weekend.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with PureAyre’s ability to eliminate all odors and you have followed all detailed instructions and contacted all affected areas with PureAyre, please call for product support or refund authorization or replacement if the product is defective.

Refund Authorization Policy

The PureAyreStore will refund 100% of your price for PureAyre products, excluding added shipping fees, within the first 30 days. Call to request a refund. Return of unused products will be at the discretion of ThePureAyreStore. We want to solve your odor problems, so don’t hesitate to call!

Fogger Refund Policy

The PureAyre store offers a 100% refund on new, unopened foggers minus the return shipping fees. Open, unused foggers will be purchased back for $95.00. Used foggers may be purchased back for up to $70.00, depending on the condition.

Damaged Product

If your product is damaged in transit by the carrier (FedEx, USPS, etc.), please contact us when your product arrives to arrange for a replacement.
